To Make a Purchase
Please browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details which we need to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments.
We have carriage terms set up on our web site for all the countries listed in the Delivery section. If you are shopping from outside of one of these countries please email us to confirm the carriage costs before placing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, & Electron. We take payment at the time you order. If your product is not in stock then a zero will show, and you will not be able to order on line. Please email us to confirm the delivery lead time, and we will place your order for you. This will be particularly true for garments of certain colours and sizes which we do not hold in stock, and for garments which require further personalisation.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
If we are unable to supply for some reason we will always contact you to discuss the options available.
We do not accept any consequential loss to the buyer or any other person arising from the contract between the buyer and Team Spirit Promotions Ltd.
Shipping and Handling
Carriage prices to addresses in the UK are based on your order value ( certain postcodes in the Scottish highlands, and offshore islands may be more, please email us or details).
All orders of £50.01 or more in value in the UK will have FREE carriage.

Please always contact us for urgent orders, we will always try and meet your lead time requirements, if we receive your order early enough we could despatch the same day by courier, and you would have it the following working day.

Carriage prices to other European countries
The carriage price is £11 for orders up to £100 in value, for orders over £100 the carriage price is £5, to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands Slovenia, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Estonia.
The carriage price is £16 for orders up to £100 in value, to the following countries:

Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia.
The carriage price is £20 for orders up to £100 in value, to the following countries:

If you live in the Canary Islands please contact us, our web site will accept your order as if you live in mainland Spain, but unfortunately carriage is not on the same basis.
We will do our very best to despatch your order by the next working day using the method of carrier which we choose. If we are unable to despatch your order within 2 business days (Monday – Friday) we will contact you to let you know why, and discuss the options.
We can deliver to your home, place of work, or friends house, please provide instructions when you place your order.
If your item is not in stock, or has to be produced for you, we will let you know how long this will take. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For all orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in the goods price.

Your credit/debit card details are never held on any of Team Spirit’s systems.
When you pay by credit/debit card we use the services of a very secure payment service provider, SagePay.
When you click to make a payment by card you will automatically be linked to the secure payment pages on SagePay’s secure servers.
The data sent from your computer is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer with 128 bit encryption) to prevent anyone else getting access to this data.
SagePay uses session cookies for the duration that you are connected to their secure payment pages.
All of our products are guaranteed for quality of workmanship. If you return any item, for any reason (in re saleable condition) within 30 days of delivery, then we will refund the full price paid for the goods.
To help us offer you the best service please will you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you would like to return an item.
If the item is not faulty but just the wrong size please post it back to us (at your cost, normal post is fine) and when we receive it, we will send out a replacement to you at our cost.
When you return an item please always include your contact details, when it was purchased, the reason why it is being returned, and what you would like us to do, either replace with a different item, or refund. If you can include a copy of your invoice that would be ideal as it includes all the information we need, just write on it what you would like us to do.
If the item we sent you is faulty we will let you know what to do when we receive your email.

Please note that any clothing items which have been personalised with your details can only be exchanged if the item is faulty. Please confirm that you have the correct size before you order personalised clothing items.
An order can be cancelled at any time before it has been dispatched. A full refund will be given.
If the items are personalised, an order can be cancelled at any time up to the point at which they have been personalised and a full refund will be given.
None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
Team Spirit Promotions Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party (our carrier) will not disclose any of your details to any other third party.
